At Norvale Studio, all products are handcrafted and made-to-order. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing and delivery times.

1. Order Processing Time

Once an order is placed, it may be canceled within 24 hours. After that, the order enters production and cannot be canceled. All items are made-to-order.

Production typically takes 2–3 business days, and most orders are completed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email to track your delivery details.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options:

3. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including customs inspections, carrier delays, or peak seasons. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

4. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or for packages that are unclaimed or refused.
